A new micropub has been approved for Wolverhampton’s city centre, based in Queen street.
The micropub will take over an empty shop unit which sits between Nando’s and a beauty salon and will have enough room to accommodate 30 customers while also offering 25 seats upstairs for private functions or used to deal with overflow.
The pubs theme is set to be ‘History of Wolverhampton’ while also being named after the city’s first public health facility, which was opened on the same street in 1826, named The Dispensary.
