How is my Beer Gear shipped and how quickly will I get it?
Our custom designed prints are made to order, we believe this reduces waste and is better for the environment. All orders are printed within 3-5 working days and then shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class or DPD Courier service. Shipping times and methods are as follows:
Standard shipping (Royal Mail)
This is the cheapest option available. It’s an untracked service, though typically it’s very fast. Often orders shipped with Royal Mail’s 1st Class service arrive the next working day but can take up to 3 working days to arrive (in the UK).
Delivery Estimates:
UK – 1 to 3 working days (4-8 days from order to delivery)
EU – 3 to 5 working days (6-10 days from order to delivery)
Everywhere else – 7 to 10 working days (10-13 days from order to delivery)
Courier Shipping (DPD Next Day)
This shipping method is tracked throughout its journey, and proof of delivery is obtained when delivered. The ‘next day’ service refers to the UK, where all parcels are delivered the next working day. Delivery estimates for other countries are slightly longer.

UK – next working day (3-5 days from order to delivery)
EU – 3 to 5 working days (6-10 days from order to delivery)
Everywhere else – 5 to 7 working days (8-10 days from order to delivery)
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel, the shipping method and the destination it’s being shipped to. All parcels heavier than 0.6kg (UK) or 0.3kg (rest of the world) will default to DPD as this is the cheapest shipping option.
What if I need to return my Beer Gear?
We hope you’ll be happy with your Beer Gear, however if you’re not satisfied you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with the reason you would like to return the item and if you want it exchanged or refunded. If 14 days has passed since you’ve received your order we can not offer a refund or exchange.
Your order must be returned to us within 14 days from the date you request a refund. The order must be returned in the same condition you received it with any tags still attached. Delivery costs for the return will need to be paid by you. Once we receive the order we will contact you to advise you of the status of your refund/exchange.
For refunds we will refund you the cost of the item plus the original delivery cost. If you would prefer an exchange we will send you the exchanged item free of charge.
